Yes, after the fabric outline is stitched, the fabric is placed and stitched again (#1 twice) onto the Ultra Solvy. Most of the stitching is done over the fabric on the Ultra Solvy.
I got lost about when the fabric comes in.
You put Ultra Solvy in the hoop - did you stitch it onto the Solvy? You said Solvy, only?
