Free as a bird design help
I'm trying to use the Free as a bird design. I downloaded it from the product page and saved it to my thumb drive. When I try to load it to my machine, I'm getting an error that the design is too large for my extra large hoop. I have a brother innovis 1150e. My hoop size is 5x7 so it should fit into my hoop. I'm using the PES design file. Do you have a tip as to why this isn't working for me? Thanks Jamie Gallovich

Hi Jamie, This is the first we are hearing of this error. Are you able to load a different design file type into that machine (will it read it)? If so, please try that and see if you get the same error. Do you have software to view the design on your computer prior to loading it into your machine to see the hoop parameters? It is sizes just a bit over a 4x4 size, and you should be able to use a 5x7 hoop. If these suggestions don't work, please email us at info@sulky.com so we can be of more assistance.
