The FSL Heart design folder contains a 3", 4" and 5" heart in 10 file types, including PES. Perhaps your download didn't finish all the way when you opened the folder? I have attached it here again for you.
downloaded the free heart design. all I see are .NGS, ART, vp3 files should I have a .PES file?
how do I use the free heart design?
