I'm sorry. It shouldn't be, but it's a brand new platform that we will all come to love in time. :).
Here's the direct link to the key fob designs:
https://www.sulky.com/keepsake-key-fobs
The written link should have been in your kit on a separate piece of paper, but this live link is easier.
To view any of your webinars that are now in your library, just go to www.sewingonline.sulky.com and click on "My Library".
The key fob webinar should be in your library, and you can add any of the previous Legacy (free) Webinars to your library whenever you want. You do need to register for any that you choose individually. I know that's kind of a pain, but it will start to remember your info and fill it in. For the paid videocasts, you would do the same thing, but making the payment each time.
The biggest hurdle seems to be that this is a different website, so bookmarking that www.sewingonline.sulky.com seems to resolve that issue. You CAN get there from our regular website www.sulky.com under the Education and Events tab, too, but that's an extra step, and probably just as hard to remember, so the direct link is the best way for most of us. If you have any issues going forward, please contact me at patti.lee@sulky.com
