I haven't heard this before, and the files have been available and being downloaded for probably 6 weeks. Maybe something happened in the download. I'll resend just the .exp files to you.
.exp file for large boho bag floral design is only loading a single line
The large machine embroidery file for the boho bag design from today's webinar is not unzipping properly for me. the small design loads without a problem on my bernina 790 but the large design only shows a single line.
I will likely have to split the design to fit my hoop but the only thing i can get to load is a single line. i have tried to open in ArtLink software as well without success.
I wanted to be sure I could get the larger design to load before ordering the kit--I prefer the look of the side embroidery.
