I'm not sure. Usually it's the other way around. However, this is a slide show presentation, and I just watched the beginning of it myself. The slide remains the same until about 3:12 (3 minutes 12 seconds) into the presentation, when Jessica takes over from Ellen's intro and explanations, and Jessica then starts moving the slides on her own. That can seem like a long time when you're waiting for the picture to change. I've attached a screen shot of the slide I saw on my screen until 3:12 into the program. So, that may be the issue.
