Removal is easy -- submerge in warm water for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Lay project flat to dry. You can I also make Liquid Solvy out of Ultra Solvy. Dissolve the equivalent of 9" x 20" in 8 oz. of water, and store in a sealed, labeled jar in the refrigerator.

Oh my gosh, that is not good. It's very likely that what you used was some kind of plastic product or another stabilizer and not a water soluble at all. You've done everything I would suggest to remove it. If it doesn't dissolve it could be Heat-Away or another product that is not water soluble. It is definitely NOT Ultra Solvy.
