I know I can't bleach Sulky rayon threads, but can I use "color-safe" bleaches?

"Color-safe" bleaches contain optical brighteners that can cause bleeding of the rayon thread colors. With Sulky Rayon Thread we do not recommend using detergents that contain additives like optical brighteners, or bleaching agents such as chlorine, peroxide or sodium carbonate. You can, however, bleach Sulky Poly Deco polyester thread.
