I bought the kit, but the code doesn't work for the free design. On Sulky's website, it says it should work.
The code that came with my kit is not recognized as valid on Karlee's website. I picked up the Brilliant design, but it won't let me use the code. How do I get the free design if the code isn't working correctly?

My apologies. There was a glitch on Karlee's website. She said: It looks like we had an expiration date set on it, and my system auto-deletes codes once they expire. So if you know what the code was, I can re-create it to make sure it will work for any more kits that are sold. From my records, I think the code is “sulkynovletter10” but I just wanted you to verify that for me, if you could.
It is indeed the correct code, and it should work for you now. Thanks for your patience.
