Hi Libby, we only see the purchase one time in our system, not twice. Are you seeing more than one charge on your credit card? If so, please provide us with a copy of that to info@sulky.com so we can try to figure out what might be going on.
When you originally purchased you should have been redirected to a page where you could download the files and the email confirmation should have also contained that same link.
