The iron-on Transfer Pens will not wash out. It is a permanent ink pen.
We do have a really magnificent wash out product now though. It's an 8-1/2" x 11" water soluble stabilizer: Stick 'n Stitch
It has a release sheet and you run it through your printer or copy machine (or trace on a lightboard or window), and then peel off the release sheet, and smooth it onto your fabric. You don't even need to use a hoop unless you want to because it makes the fabric very stable. When done, you just rinse it away with running water. It's important to use the lightest setting on your printer - the less ink the better. Staying on the line is not an issue anymore, because the lines are gone.
