I would choose Sulky Stick 'n Stitch, which you can print on with a copier or directly from your computer. You then have your pattern all set to go. Peel off the release sheet and smooth it onto the top of the project. Do your stitching and the Stick 'n Stitch just rinses away. It is important to use the lightest setting on your printer - you want the least amount of ink possible.
