She used Sulky Stick 'n Stitch as her stabilizer, which is printed on a copy machine or via your computer printer. Use the lightest ink setting. This is a wonderful stabilizer for knits and baby things. Once you're done with the project it just rinses away.
However, I need to caution you to please purchase this product only from us right now. There have been numerous Amazon sites that have been selling counterfeit Stick 'n Stitch from China, which does not rinse away.
