I just asked Ellen and she apologized. It was a typo in the presentation. She's fixing it now, and when you download the .pdf it will be correct. $17.50 is the correct price. We apologize for the confusion.
I did buy the panels, but on your event page it said $12.99 and on your website it charged $17.50
