This opens up a lot of questions on our end:
If you're doing machine embroidery, is the design you're using digitized for 12 wt. thread?
What are you stitching through?
Is there any fusible web involved?
What's in the bobbin?
If you're not using an embroidery machine, what are you stitching?
What machine are you using?
If you like you can send these answers to info@sulky.com and we can continue to correspond to figure out what's going on. Since you're using the right size needle, there are then a lot of other factors that can come into play.
