There is a series of Peek-A-Boo Pets (towards the bottom of this page) that are digitized for 12 wt. Filaine or 12 wt. Cotton Thread. (Filaine can be brushed so it's a more fun choice for the pet designs.)
Also there is a collection of the Pollen designs that can be found with the thread collection here:

which includes the Dandelion design.
New designs are always on the horizon.
I have also seen a lot of 12 wt. designs on www.emblibrary.com. Search for "thick thread". There are also some great ones on www.urbanthreads.com (a sister company). Again, search "thick thread".
