You can use Sulky Tender Touch Stabilizer. It is an iron-on. Just cut it about 1/2" larger than your design. We recommend using a pinking shears or a wavy blade rotary cutter to cut the piece. Dish towels get a lot of handling and washings, and that will help secure the stabilizer better.
