NO! But you can dampen it with a damp sponge to make it tacky. Ultra Solvy will behave much like a plastic wrap would if you put heat to it.
You may have heard that you can iron our lightest weight Solvy and/or Ultra Solvy together using a warm dry iron (and a press cloth if your iron is not non-stick). We used to do this in the years before we had anything heavier to do major stitching on. But now we have Ultra Solvy, so that need is negated. Although it's helpful if you're in a hurry and don't have the heavy Ultra Solvy. It will not be as strong and stable as Ultra Solvy, so for free-standing lace for instance, you don't want to try that.
