i ran out of the sulky 60 wt bobbin fine light strong . is the polylite 60 wt. in the cone the same ?

It's not the same, but it is the same weight. The bobbin thread is spun polyester, which feels a little "hairy". Some people prefer this because it seems to knot better for general sewing and quilting. But the PolyLite is a wonderful bobbin thread. And it comes in 36 colors which is nice sometimes, too. You won't notice a difference in performance.
