Yes. You can go as small as a 60 needle, and upwards to whatever is needed for the fabrics you're stitching through. Any stitch length will work. It is a monofilament polyester thread, so if you use it in the bobbin, you need to wind it VERY SLOWLY and only about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Winding it fast will cause it to stretch and can affect your tension. It is considered about an 80 wt. thread. Test first, every long arm machine is different.
