Depending on whether you want to frame it or not....
If it will be framed you cut use a heavier cut-Away, like Cut-Away Plus or 2 layers of Sulky Soft 'n Sheer.
Or, generally speaking, we would use two layers of Sulky Tear-Easy. If you think that your fabric is pretty stable you could hoop one layer, and then float a second underneath it, if it starts showing any signs of puckering. A lot depends on how well the font is digitized, too.
