Be very careful fusing to these types of fabrics. Many do not take the heat of an iron at all. You could always use Sulky KK 2000 Temporary Spray Adhesive to temporarily adhere a stabilizer like regular Soft 'n Sheer to the back if need be (rather than the fusible).
Test a swatch using a warm (wool setting iron), and a damp press cloth to see if the stabilizer will adhere to the back of the faux fur without damaging it. You could also use steam. It may take a couple of pressing to accomplish this. But some polyester/nylon fur fabrics will melt with even a medium heat.
It will depend on the fiber content of the material, and the depth of the fur. It will be challenging to create enough pressure to adhere the stabilizer, I think.
