Twilly is a 26% cotton/74% polyester based, tackle-twill fabric. The fabric has a permanent, non-woven coating making it an ideal basic material for embroidering badges, emblems, labels, patches and appliqué. It doesn't ravel easily, it would take some fussing to get it to ravel.

It has been used in the commercial side of embroidery for a long time. Most of our products come from our industrial partner in Germany. So they have been tested vigorously by use in the commercial market.
