I asked Ellen March about this and she suggested:
If all she has is a 4x4 hoop, she can make the “non-embroidery” version, which is pictured on the landing page for the event. It’s super cool, too! I have attached a pic for your reference here, too.
Or she can use software to re-size the “Enjoy the Journey” design or perhaps one of the butterflies. But I cannot provide instructions for doing so, as it would be based on software brand/make/model and specific to only her situation.
