After viewing the machine basics I could not access or open your free download. How can I get the free downloaaad in a different format other than Adobe?

The files cannot be opened on your computer unless you have software. You have to move the designs in the format your machine reads from your computer to your machine. But only the designs not the .pdf files - those are the color sequence sheets. Your machine can't read those, but your Adobe program can. Generally the machine files are moved with a USB stick from your computer to your embroidery machine.
