Pretty much. It won't hold the big cones, but it should do okay with 1500 yd. Maxi-Spools.
Can the spool director be used with any shape spool of thread? The Thread Director
I do not have many of the spool types shown in your video as mine are the larger shape and not all the same top to bottom. Not sure this makes much sense.
