Absolutely nothing. It is the exact same product cut from the same master rolls. After we had Sulky Sticky Fabri-Solvy in our line, we wanted to package it in a more appealing way for the hand embroiderer, and branded it Sulky Stick 'n Stitch just to make it more clear as to how the product worked. Sticky Fabri-Solvy also comes in rolls and bolts, but Stick 'n Stitch only comes in the precut sheets. We do recommend that you do not purchase this on Amazon. There is a boatload of counterfeit product that looks just like ours but it is not water soluble.
