Description says it’s biodegradable. What else is in sulky besides wood pulp? any synthetic glue or binders?

It does have that wood pulp component, so you do want to "over-rinse" it to be sure all of it is gone. Unlike our other Solvy products, you shouldn't try to leave some in for "body".
All of our other Solvy products are 100% PVA (poly-vinyl alcohol), except for Paper Solvy which is cellulose/viscose (viscose being rayon fibers).
