Do you recommend pre washing the fabric before ironing on the fusible web and cutting out the appliqué?
Sulky Perfect Appliqué - Fusible Web - 18" x 1 yd. Pkg.
Other products recommended pre washing fabric before use. I am looking for a product that will adhere well without pre washing. Does this one?

Half of the people you ask will say they do, and half don't. It's personal preference. The product works well either way.
