Can I buy the entire Christmas box after day's items are shown as long as it's before 7/31?

You could just keep track of the specials and order at the end, we have plenty of inventory on most everything, HOWEVER, the Mystery Box will likely sell out before that. Your cart will empty after about 24 hours, so that won't work.
