Yes, but you'll want to use the lightest setting on any printer or copy machine. You only need to see the pattern, and printer inks vary all over the place in their content and washability. It is always best to rinse under running water to be sure the ink rinses away from the project. Set in a bowl of water, it will dissolve but the ink can float, and then when you lift the project out it can grab the fabric. Soaking is fine for a lot of things, but when ink is involved I always recommend rinsing with warm water if possible (dissolves faster).
