How long does the ink 'on the paper' remain viable.
Iron-On Transfer Pen - 4 Pk.
I'd love to trace some images and share them.
But I don't know when the recipient will get around to using the iron on transfer.
How long does the ink remain transferable?

To my knowledge, the ink remains transferrable for a very long time. Of course, this is subject to storage, and not something that we've tested. Even one that has been used several times will retain it's transferability. A tip for your recipient: Have them warm the receiving surface with an iron before applying the transfer. This will help.
