Not recommended, because Totally Stable is a tear-away (green label). You want something that will disappear completely since you can see through screening. I
You'll probably want to use something that washes away (blue label) like Sulky Fabri-Solvy or Ultra Solvy. You might want a lightweight topper Sulky Solvy on the top of the screening, too.
