That's brutal. You could try using a seam both front and back to release the satin stitches. They look to be very heavy (maybe stitched twice?) and whatever stabilizer was used on the back (it appears thick, maybe a fleece of some kind?), has made it more challenging to do that. You may end up having to put a patch over the front even if you're able to get all the stitching out.
