Whatever chat bot you were using is just useless. Every time somebody comments it stops the video.

I am so sorry that you had trouble with the new setup. Do you mind telling us what kind of device and operating system you were using? I only ask as we did not receive any other complaints about this and on our end with multiple staff members in different offices around the country on during the event it worked flawlessly. Hopefully we can figure out what was going on for you so we can try to help avoid it in the future.
