Do all of the Solvy wash-away stabilisers have a sticky backing for easy application?

No - only one: Sticky Fabri-Solvy has a release sheet, and it also comes in a printable size (457-02) 8-1/2" x 11". It is also branded in this size as Stick 'n Stitch, same product just different packaging.
The heaviest water soluble, Ultra Solvy, can be made sticky be running a damp sponge over it and then placing the fabric on it.
For the others, if we want a sticky surface we use Sulky KK2000 Temporary Spray Adhesive.
