No it's not. It does not have the release sheet that the Sticky Fabri-Solvy does. It would jam your printer. It is my favorite for free-standing lace embroidery and almost all in-the-hoop projects, though.
is it possible to print on this? I am not asking about the other printable model you have, but about this one Sulky Fabri-Solvy Stabilizer - White - 20'' x 1 yd. Pkg.
