Here's what the tote pattern says for Felty requirements:
Sulky Felty:
• Tote Bottom Panel: Cut 1 - 32.5” x Width of Felty Roll
• Tote Top Panel: Cut 1 - 32.5” x 4.5”
• Handles: Cut 2 – 28.5” x 1.5”
The Felty roll is 9.84" wide by 9.84 Feet long. So it would take 2 rolls (two colors) with some left over for one bag. But, you can get 3 lengths 32.5 out of one roll with some left over. And for the contrast fabric, you could get six 32" x 4.5" strips. So you could potentially get 3 totes out of 2 rolls with careful cutting and perhaps mix and match straps....by my rough calculations.
