I know, I hate when that happens, and I'm not sure why it does.
I have a theory…because it irks me so badly: It seems that once you take a design into software and alter it in some way, then that kind of jump stitch occurs. This could include conversion to different formats. I even will stop the machine and skip ahead to where the new area starts, to avoid it. It's not just Sulky designs, and this is the first time I ever remember it happening for us; it happens occasionally for no apparent reason from other sources as well. Maybe someday I'll figure it out.
