Is this product the same as “457 Fabri Solvy Sticky Back”. ( This what I used recently from your sampler pack).

Yes. Sulky Sticky Fabri-Solvy (457-02) and Sulky Stick 'n Stitch (459-02) are the same product, just packaged differently. Which is why you only have the Sticky-Fabri-Solvy in your sampler pack. Sticky Fabri-Solvy comes in other package sizes as well as rolls, and bolts. Stick 'n Stitch only comes in the 8-1/2" x 11" size.
