Can you remove stick and stitch from dry clean only wool.

Yes, it is a tear-away. We do recommend that you remove it within about an hour or so of application. Do a test on a similar wool first. If bits remain, though, it is not an issue. They will likely disappear when dry cleaned; and all of our stabilizers are acid-free.
