I don't understand what she meant about using a vacuum and not canned air. We vacuum the towels?
For the reusable towels, she said not to use canned air but I wasn't sure what she was referring to trying to clean with air. I obviously missed something somewhere.

Sue recommends cleaning the machine after serging flannel because it can produce lint. You want to use a vacuum to clean the serger and not canned air. Canned air will push the lint into the machine while the vacuum will pull it out.
