The G3A (also known as AG3 or LR41) is a standard 1.5V alkaline button cell battery. It measures roughly 7.9mm by 3.6mm and is commonly used in watches, digital thermometers, laser pointers, and handheld calculators.
They look to be pretty readily available. They're on Amazon and are not expensive, in my opinion.
