In finishing a placemat project, I ironed the seams open and got KK2000 on my iron. How do I remove it?

It is very unlikely that it is the KK 2000 spray that is on your iron. It dissipates immediately with heat so even the proximity of the iron would likely have taken it all away. It's more likely some fusible web that oozed out from an applique. But in either case I have had success with a dryer sheet layed on the edge of my ironing board and then I wipe the edge with the hot iron. If it's really a mess, then you will have to use a tube of iron cleaner.
